走讀安平 一處不可抹滅的文化遺產瑰寶

歷史城市向來是國際間重要的觀光名勝，台南安平為近代台灣史的發源地，遺留了豐富的政教與人文資源。西元1624年，荷蘭人以安平為東方貿易的跳板，建造台灣第一座城堡「熱蘭遮城」，亦即現在的安平古堡。鄭成功攻取臺灣、驅逐荷蘭人，以安平做為反清復明的政治中心。清末開放安平做為對外通商口岸之一，延平老街號稱「台灣第一街」，都足以顯示安平在台灣史上獨特的地位。

本節目為HD高畫質拍攝製作，全片以歷史人文的發展脈絡為經，自然景觀的旅遊體驗為緯，並邀請法籍文化工作者「艾德華」擔任節目主持人，與觀眾分享旅程中的發現與感動，包括：尋訪劍獅的故鄉、領略安平古蹟風華、常民飲食文化巡禮、蚵田採收體驗以及不容錯過的絕美綠色隧道等精彩遊歷。節目中亦穿插在地導覽的生動解說和專家學者的知性訪談作為客觀補述，力求整體形塑一座文化古城的地域特色，以多面向呈現歷史風貌變遷與觀光展望。
