To evolve or be extinct? Galapagos story on TVBS

You may be not familiar with the islands called Galapagos which means tortoise in Spanish. To British scientist Charles Darwin, on the other hand, this is the location that inspired him to come up with the idea of evolution and to strike the world in 19th century. Undoubtedly the ecology in Galapagos Islands is a great harmony with so many reptiles, sea creatures and birds of rare species all inhabiting here like a big family.

The Galapagos Archipelago consists of 15 main islands, 3 smaller islands, and 107 rocks and islets. Around 5 million years ago, a series of volcano eruption activities had formed these islands. Today, this volcanic archipelago continues to amaze and puzzle its visitors.
